What is your return policy?

At Amara May Beauty we want your experience to be as amazing as our products, which is why we’re here to help. Our policy is that we accept returns on new and gently used products within 14 days of delivery confirmation.

To start a return please reach out to us at info@amaramaybeauty.com.au so we can walk you through the process and ensure it is as smooth as possible.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your original shipping charges and any return shipping will be at your expense. We do not offer exchanges on any of our products. We cannot accept empty or more than half empty products. There is a $10 processing fee for all returns.

Can I exchange a product?

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order for the different item.

An item in my order arrived damaged. What should I do?

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience, we try to ensure all items are packed securely top avoid damage but it can happen. If your order arrives damaged, please contact info@amaramaybeauty.com.au within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged item, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
