Returns

We accept returns on new or gently used products within 14 days of confirmed delivery.

To request a return, please email us at info@amaramaybeauty.com.au, and we'll guide you through the return process to make it as smooth as possible.

To be eligible for a return:

• Your return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.

• Products must not be empty or more than 50% used.

• Proof of purchase is required.

Unless the product is faulty or you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you'd like a different product, simply return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care when packing every order. However, if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

We'll assess the issue promptly and work with you to provide an appropriate solution.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this Returns & Refund Policy excludes, restricts, or limits any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. If your product has a major fault or does not meet the consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
